CAM | The graceful handling of the token timeout. Previously, we displayed a popup message stating that your session had expired and then refreshed the entire page. This results in data loss if you were in the middle of filling out a form or query. We now silently renew the token without requiring the popup. |
Job | CAM now displays more friendly error messages when a job fails. Previously, we displayed an error message with additional information but no corrective actions for a failed job. These error messages perplexed the user as well. Now, when a job fails, we display precise and straightforward error messages along with corrective actions. Note: The error messages are applicable only for iMange and NetDocuments failed jobs. |
Failed jobs are programmatically retried up to three times. Jobs may fail due to temporary connectivity errors, network errors, or temporary load on the target application; in such cases, retrying will resolve the issue. We are introducing programmatically retrying of failed jobs up to three times. This ensures that the great majority of failed jobs are automatically retried. |
