Teams License Add-ons

The following license add-ons are required for certain Teams functionality. These add-ons can be added to any license (C1-C5). See below for details:

For the Move Between Teams and DMS functionality:

  • Add-on: Move-from-Team-to-DMS (this permission is used in the matters tab to display the copy to DMS menu items)

  • Add-on: ETL-Manager-View (this permission is used for viewing the ETL ManagerContent Mover page)

For the Auto Sync Between Teams and DMS functionality:

  • Add-on: Move-from-Team-to-DMS (this permission is used in the matters tab to display the copy to DMS menu items)

  • Add-on: ETL-Manager-View (this permission is used for viewing the ETL ManagerContent Mover page)

  • Add-on: ETL-Manager-Edit (this permission is used for making edits in the ETL Manageron the Content Mover page)

  • Add-on: ETL-Import-Links (this permission is used for importing in ETL Managerthe Content Mover page)

App Permissions

  • View-Matters: Allows users to view the matters they have access to.

  • View-My-Projects: Allows users to view the projects they have access to.

Using the CAM Teams App

The Teams application allows the channels, teams, and documents to be shown in the Teams application from CAM.

Tab

Description

Directory

Lists all the matters/directories created in the configured external systems from the uploaded jobs.

My Request(s)

Lists all requests sent and assigned for approvals for the logged-in User.

Dropdown options are provided to filter any assigned and sent requests.

Document(s)

Note: To enable the Document Tab in MS Team, enable the ID token from Authentication in Register application of the Microsoft Azure portal.

This is a list of all documents that a user has access to in Teams or all shared documents like Teams/SharePoint/OneNote/OneDrive.

Filters are provided for easy search.

My Requests

This tab displays the requests the user may have been the approver for, any approved requests, and their submitted requests.

User(s)

This is a list of users and their access details to Teams and documents.

It allows to remove the removal of access to Teams and documents.

About

Shows information about the CAM App and support details.

Filtering

There is an option in the CAM Teams App to filter any data on the Owner Teams or Member Teams.

  1. Click the Actions menu to view options. Options available are:

  • Team Name

  • Last Access

  1. Click Clear to clear the populated filter to view all records.

Note: The CAM Teams app will automatically discover the tenant based on the team app's Office365 tenant registered during the App Registration. It will be auto-populated in the CAM URL input box.

If there is no existing mapping in the CAM External system configuration or more than one CAM tenant mapped with this Office365 tenant, then the user must specify the CAM subdomain in the CAM URL input box.
