2 | Search field | The global search will search for records in CAM that match the search criteria. This form is configured in Layouts. Click the drop-down arrow in the search bar to access the search options. You can search for Matters, Jobs, and Users & Groups. The data fields displayed under each search option can be configured in Administration>Layout>Search.
Type in the search criteria details and click the Search button. The screen refreshes, showing a list of the matching results in the Search tab on the CAM dashboard. | ||
3 | Add a New Item | Click to add a new item with the relevant Request Workflow wizard:
