Prosperoware CAM is an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform/framework for the adoption and governance of multiple collaboration systems. CAM enables project-based organizations to provision, classify, protect, move, and minimize data across collaboration systems, mitigating data chaos and reducing risks related to privacy & cybersecurity.
The risk with organizations using many collaboration systems is that without strict governance there is a high risk of data chaos. When there is no logical place for end-users to save data, they will save it anywhere, with the naming conventions and folder structures most convenient for them. This practice increases risks in the case of a cyber breach and makes it difficult for users to locate content for effective collaboration. Risk management teams also find it challenging to locate data and understand the business context to apply the right security and minimization policies.
CAM has been designed to address all these challenges. It enables organizations to provision logical places for users to save data with standardized naming conventions and folder templates, so end-users know where to save it. By adding rich custom metadata to content, users can quickly search and filter to find relevant content while risk management teams understand the context and can properly secure and minimize data.
Our unique approach relies on allowing organizations to protect the data they need and minimize the data they don’t need. By enabling the provisioning of Teams, Channels, tabs, folders, workspaces, internal and external users and groups, etc., and adding rich custom metadata, organizations can properly apply a Zero-Trust security model and minimize unnecessary data, mitigating data chaos and reducing the risk of cyber breaches.
CAM integrates with a variety of collaboration systems, including Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, OneNote, Planner, Lists), file shares, iManage, NetDocuments, and more to come.

Example: If a user searches for the phrase on or after, the search results will only show pages that contain the word after.
Support Articles: Login to the Litera Customer Center, go to the Support tab, then click on Articles. It is best practice to filter by product CAM, and then use the Advanced Search “With one or more words” filter by your search terms. E.g. if you are looking for Data Uploader, type data uploader.
