CAM Acronyms and Description

The following table lists acronyms used in this document and their description:

Checked_out_path	The path of the document if it is checked out. E.g. C:\Docs\imanActive
Checked_out_by	The username of the person who checked out the document.
Checked_out_location	The server the document is checked out on. E.g. iManageCloud
Content Mover	Used to be called ETL in CAM, this is now the new name for the module that moves content around systems. Requires the Move license or higher.
CS	Content Sync, now renamed to Data Sync.
CSV	Comma Separated Value
DMS	Document Management System
DU	Data Uploader
EntraId/ Entra	Microsoft now calls Azure Active Directory EntraId. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/new-name
ETL	Extract, transform and Load Note: ETL is renamed to Content Mover.
extId	Extension Id. This is the combination of Databasename and documentnumber (or workspaceid if dealing with workspaces). For example, the database is iManActive and the document number is 1000, the ext_id for that record would be iMan!1000. The separator is !. Required for New Analytics queries.
ext_Container_Id	Extension Container Id Required for New Analytics queries.
Ext_system_name	This is the external system’s name (e.g. iManage, NetDocuments, office365). Required for New Analytics queries.
Ext_system_id	This is the ID for that external system. Each combination of external system/instance will have a different id.
Ext_system_instance	This is the instance of the external system the record is on. E.g. Production, Cloud, on premise etc. Required for New Analytics queries.
File_extension	Extension of the document, e.g doc, e-mail, pdf
FQDN	Fully Qualified Domain Name
