This add-on includes all features of Provision, Manage, Move, and Analyze, plus:

• Continuity (formerly Business Continuity)

Data Protection for Business Continuity and Archival is designed to address (a) the need for organizations to protect data from damaging hacks and ensure cybersecurity and privacy compliance, and (b) provide organizations with rapid document access in case of outages (due to cybersecurity issues, internal server issues, etc.)

Key Features
• Rapid document access through a one-time password (OTP)
• Sync document metadata and security from on-premises (iManage 10.3+ server or above) and cloud (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, NetDocuments, and iManage Cloud) to CAM
• Control over security – clients store documents in their own AWS or Azure private clouds, with only the metadata and security stored in CAM
• Configurable profile forms to search documents across a set of criteria (clients, matters, names, data ranges, or other metadata specifications)
• Effortless profile search and document download in case of outages
• Document check-in when systems are back online
