Provision

Provisioning involves creating workspaces, folders, documents, files, and a user/group who is required to create them. To provision anything on the cloud infrastructure, first, you need to configure a user with the rights for provisioning. Approved users can provision workspaces both automatically and manually. The Provision tier allows for:

Provisioning and management of templates across multiple collaboration systems.
User & group provisioning across multiple collaboration systems.
Basic metadata and security management for provisioning.
Folder management.
Sourcing the data for provisioning from any source without paying extra for each system.
Enabling ethical walls (SPM, Intapp) for basic workflows.
Includes Link Handler which allows firms that migrate their DMS either from iManage on-premises to cloud, or from iManage to NetDocuments, to redirect old document links to the documents' new locations.
