iManage to CAM Metadata Mapping

These are some of the general metadata and how it maps from iManage to CAM (if your firm maps them differently, then they will differ for you) out of the box. Your firm may have a different implementation of the iManage fields.

  1. Create your metadata or use autodiscover to bring over the metadata found from the system(s).

  2. Map the metadata between CAM and the external systems so the metadata can be tied to the correct fields. E.g. docnum in iManage is tied to the CAM document_number field.
