Can Service Desk members search private documents without being an NRTAdmin in iManage?

No, they must be an NRTAdmin user.

A warning appears “Currently filtering values by multiple parents is not supported and the values will be filtered by the first selected parent”

• For both DMS’s, iManage and NetDocuments, they don't support filtering values by multiple parents, CAM filters by the first selected parent. E.g. if someone sets multiple clients and matters at the same time, CAM can do instead one client and multiple matters. In case multiple parents are selected, a message will appear at the top of “Currently filtering values by multiple parents is not supported and the values will be filtered by the first selected parent” to inform the user about this limitation.
