Analytics

The user interface is improved to show a simplified but robust security view when viewing the Access or Security panels from a query using the bulk action -Security Update.

Analytics

The user interface for Joins now will automatically set the join option based on selecting document history or folder tables. Multiple joins are supported so that multiple metadata results from each table can be brought into the results. Customers were sometimes confused about which join option to set based on the table, and this update will eliminate that confusion.

Data Sync

The Delete Data Sync Configuration stored procedure is enhanced to flag to remove only Data Sync data linked to that config. This ensures customer provisioning data not created from Data Sync is not deleted.

Data Uploader

Data Uploader’s installer signing certificate is changed to Litera from Prosperoware. You may update to the latest version on Admin->Downloads if you choose to update. This does not make obsolete any older versions of Data Uploader.

Jobs Tab

The Jobs tab is redesigned to a friendly layout to make it simpler to navigate the tab.

• The first enhancement is that clicking the job description now opens the Job Details in a new tab keeping the filter search context available for the user.

• Next, the filter for Job Type is made into a multi-select lookup allowing customers to pick which job types they need to filter by (e.g. Content Mover and Data Uploader), and not needing to type exact job names.

• Time references in the Jobs tab are now displayed as the timestamps of the user’s local timezone replacing the relative timeframes.

• Finally, the menu options for the jobs tab are brought forefront so that the menu options are not hidden upon layers of groupings.

Security

This improvement ensures the security and integrity of the application by addressing potential vulnerabilities identified by regular Veracode scans. It benefits customers by providing a more secure product.

Clients that have S3 syncs in Data Sync enabled that delete a s3 sync configuration in Data Sync will be impacted with an issue authenticating to the CAM App and Data Sync. There is no current workaround.
