Analytics

Support for out of the box dashboards and reports has been added into CAM Analytics and Dashboards modules.

Available dashboards are available for:

• GROUP DRILLTHROUGH MYSQL

• DMS DOCUMENT DRILLTHROUGH

• DRILLTHROUGH DMS DOCUMENT HISTORY

• DRILLTROUGH DMS FOLDER

• DMS WORKSPACE DRILLTHROUGH

Analytics

The MySQL datasource can now be selected in the New Analytics screen.

Available entities are:

• user

• group

• group_member entity

Controls Center

The Security controls will be available to be set in the Controls Center if the Data Sync Sync flag for synching to S3 is setup.

Licenses: Add-on Project Teams

Controls Center

Retention controls can now be set in the Control Center. Only Mark as Security Read and Mark as Read only (iManage only) are available.

System Overview

A new System Overview tab is now added to CAM that displays useful system information and gives you an easy way to navigate to the underlying data. This first iteration includes data from the previous 30 days covering the following;

• External System Health

• Jobs Statuses which are a visual representation of the jobs in your Jobs Tab

• Stats on Provisioning Jobs - specifically Create User / Create workspace / Create/Update Groups / Modify Workspace

Dashboards

Mutiple dashboard enhancements are added including:

• A date and time formatting option for grid widgets

• Drillthrough dashboards load an unique code instead of an id which would need to be memorized and used.

• Table column widths can now be changed and set.

• Last 30 days is a filter option in reports and widgets.

• If a datatype for a widget is incorrectly set, the widget dashboard report will not be broken. Only the widget will display the error message.

• The name appears as Edit name and profile

• This only shows for folder and workspace. Not for Documents.

• Job layouts and parameters are displaying correctly for this command as you have them configured.

Templates imported with the Allow Origin parameter including a dot instead of a hyphen (for CORS) now works successfully.
