Module | Description |
Commands | Three options from the Move command are hidden when a user moves a document or folder within the same database or cabinet to remove confusion from users as these options are not used in the dialog. If the document or folder is moved to another database or cabinet, then the options are still displayed.

Commands | New permissions are added to the Move command to allow firms to control which users can see and move security, or metadata. Licenses: move, analyze all add-ons |
External Systems | If a problem occurs with an External System authentication or the system is found to be unhealthy, a new email notification will go out to the CAM admins registered for the client’s tenant to notify them of the issue(s) immediately. This addresses the lack of prior communication when an external system loses connection and errors out. Read about this functionality here. |
External Systems | CAM now supports Entra ID for configuring SharePoint sites in the Office365 External System Panel. Enable the setting as described here and enter the appropriate fields that display. A benefit of this change is that firms don’t need to re-register the app after a year as they had done before with Azure ACS. |
Permissions | For NetDocuments, a new permission is added to control user access of freezing the Security ACL on workspaces, folders and documents. By default, this permission is not enabled. Licenses: manage, move, analyze all add-ons System: NetDocuments |
Settings | The Administration->Settings-> Service Desk Panel is redesigned to be easier to navigate and use. |

External Systems | Cloud-25497 | When adding a new iManage on premise 10.3+ system, the resulting 401 Invalid grant error has been resolved because of issues with the token validation piece. |
Jobs | Cloud-32588 | Submitting a move workspace job will function the same way using a CSV versus in Service Desk, and apply the right security and owner and operator. |
Jobs | Cloud-32494 | The reconciliation report now will display all relevant templates when the id matches, or name matches in the template lookup. |
Jobs | Cloud-31271 | The AD Sync job is updated to support iManage user jobs where there aren’t firstnames or lastnames. |
Provisioning | Cloud-28361 | Folder descriptions and matter metadata (id and name) will now be updated on a workspace job if they are set to a custom unique identifier iManage field e.g. custom9. |
Provisioning | Cloud-13992 | The Directory tab now displays the default metadata values so that users know what values are set by default if the values were not previously set.

Service Desk | Cloud-28382 | Deleting a document in the Recycle bin with more than one version will now prompt the user if they want to delete all versions, or the latest version only. Previously, only the latest version was able to be deleted, requiring users to run the job multiple times to remove versions. |
Service Desk | Cloud-28213 | Exporting CSVs will include all metadata that is included in the view, as previously it did not include all of it. |
Templates | Cloud-32687 | The database field availability on Template Editor was resolved to filter the templates based on the database(s) selected when the database metadata wasn’t imported on the matter details initially. Results should match with the Directory tab filter. |

Jobs Tab | Cloud-33149 | When submitting a CSV job via the Jobs Tab, there is an intermittent issue where the system will advise that the file has not been successfully uploaded, but behind this message, the upload has actually been successful. This will be resolved soon in a future release. |
