New Features
Module	Description
Accessibility	We’ve added more detailed labeling of controls, action buttons and within the common menu header to give accurate information of what the controls and actions do. These additions are in the main CAM navigation bar, the Jobs tab, Controls Center, and Request Workflow. We’ve also updated the Forgot your Password screen tooltips and identifiers.
Content Mover	Now, when moving a document, folder, or workspace, the email profile properties are included with the object being moved to the target location. These properties included are: To From CC BCC MessageId
iManage	An updated Basic package is available for the iManage External System Configuration to support dynamic iManage Client credentials. The recent changes in the iManage mobility API require new validation of client IDs and secrets during authentication.
Manage Folder	The Manage Folder icon has been updated to address icon loading issues in the Directory tab, CAM Commands section and the iManage Work panel.
Request Workflow	Workflows in CAM were incorrectly allowing external users to search for clients and matters that should have been excluded based on a control. We’ve resolved this where if an exclusion control is in place, both internal and external users will be checked.

Analytics	Cloud-36575	The C2 license tier now has the View Analytics permission granted, as some customers were failing to see Analytics results.
Controls Center	Cloud-37140	Creating a legal hold with all requirements, without a custodian, fails with an undefined error. We’ve improved the error handling of this scenario, and updated required fields in the scenarios a custodian is necessary.
Data Uploader	Cloud-37142	Some AD syncs from Data Uploader for iManage and O365 systems with at least one OU enabled, the group membership jobs were skipped because the display name was passed to the job instead of the email id.
Data Uploader	Cloud-33748	iManage users were not being disabled properly in CAM and were being changed to Virtual.
Jobs	Cloud-36628	Link Workspace jobs were incorrectly showing the DataUploader job icon instead of the Link Workspace icon.
Jobs	Cloud-35050	Running a Security Update job on a workspace with shortcuts fails with an “NRC_DOC_IN_USE” error.
Service Desk	Cloud-37264	An error on a search folder 'Please provide more valid search criteria' appears when moving the folder to another workspace.
Template Editor	Cloud-33489	The Order field was incorrectly requiring a user to enter a number in the field after a user tries to clear a number. It can be left blank.
Template Editor	Cloud-32618	The Default Security of the default template was being used incorrectly instead of the inherit security if the setting was set to Inherit.
