Module | Description |
Accessibility | Programmed page labels and headers and labels were added to assist with accessibility readers in CAM in the following tabs:

Client Stacks/ iManage | The client stack codebase, Authentication Manager, and iManage Registration APIs were updated to support dynamic iManage Client credentials. The recent changes in the iManage mobility API require new validation of client IDs and secrets during authentication. No updates to the client stacks are needed to be executed from your end. If you haven’t inputted the client secret or ID before, enter those in the iManage configuration and click save. |
Manage Folder | The Manage Folder CAM Command was added to the Workspaces tab as a command and is visible when a single workspace is selected for iManage or NetDocuments. |
Permissions | The C2 /Business Continuity Add-on plan was updated to remove un-necessary permissions not needed for a Business Continuity user. |
Permissions | New permissions are added so users can edit or view restricted matters and clients:

CAM Commands | Cloud-37597 | For some customers, adding subfolders using the Manage Folder command in the Manage interface wouldn’t display the command icon. |
Controls Center | Cloud-37215 | Adding a new legal hold with an Association=Document might have reported an error that “another legal hold exists for the same criteria”. This was incorrectly pulling the document separate from the client/matter unique identifiers causing duplicate criteria to display. |
Data Uploader | Cloud-16385 | Task Scheduler tasks were incorrectly being setup automatically with the “Do not store passwords” option checked, requiring customers to go into the task and uncheck this box for DU to properly work. We’ve now resolved this to have it unchecked by default. You’ll need to update your Data Uploader version to the latest. |
External Systems | Cloud-37557 | Some customers reported the error “Server Id is missing“ when they saved new a repository configuration for iManage systems, due to the index not being present in the table. |
Licensing | Cloud-36740 | Inherited permissions on a folder or workspace or cabinet level weren’t being inherited down to the file level for some NetDocuments customers for the following permissions:
