Accessibility | Dropdowns in Template Editor were converted to a select listbox element to comply with accessibility standards. |
Accessibility | We’ve added more accessibility labels on fields and placeholders on the Jobs tab, Template Editor, and Request Workflow to give users more details on buttons and their actions. |
Accessibility | Checkboxes on the Analytics tab and Documents tab now have labels on them so accessible readers can give users input on the decisions to be selected. |
iManage | We’ve improved the iManage token refresh timing, as it was unnecessarily being refreshed every 10 minutes, now it refreshes every 20 minutes, and before the iManage token expiry timeframe. |

Analytics | Cloud-29542 | Sorting on Analytics reports was not sorting the record results by the desired sort order in its entirety. |
Analytics | Cloud-37407 | Security ACL and membership access information was missing from the Workspace Index in Analytics, and is now pulled if a user runs a report to gather ACL or security access membership. |
Data Uploader | Cloud-37269 | Some Data Uploader jobs set to sync users to multiple systems (e.g. iManage and M365) will incorrectly submit the job to the wrong system. This has been resolved to submit based on the system selected, and the OU set in the mapping. |
Directory | Cloud-37272 | The Controls Center options were not being removed from the Directory tab if a user disables the permissions for the control center. |
Jobs/ Move | Cloud-30339 | Move jobs did not display the “Retain Document numbers” and “copy document history” parameters in the Job Details in the Jobs tab. We now display these two fields and the parameters selected. |
Request Workflow | Cloud-35439 | The Client name lookup on a team creation request workflow was limited to a certain number of results when searching by a client name, and wasn’t allowing users to scroll through the results in full to find the correct client/matter. Sometimes users may not know the matter name, but have the client. |
Service Desk | Cloud-37411 | Some users reported that some documents that were deleted from iManage from Service Desk did not get updated with is_deleted= true on the records. |
Service Desk | Cloud-36641 | Reassigning a template occasionally errored with a blank screen with no error message if the source folder matches the destination folder. We’ve added more user friendly warnings and messaging here. |
Service Desk | Cloud-36548 | Expanding a workspace in a search result in Service Desk to view folders and documents had errored out with "Error fetching workspace folders... AxiosError: Request failed with status code 500”. |
Users & Groups | Cloud-29478 | Adding a new user with a unique userprimaryname (UPN) incorrectly showed a blank user detail page. |

Service Desk | Cloud-38629 | In Service Desk (Documents and Workspaces tabs), dates in the user interface are displaying in a US date format MM/DD/YYYY rather than in a Month DD, YYYY format. Results exported to CSV will display in the standard UTC time. This will be reverted back to the full date display in the next release. |
