New Features | |

Move | The Move command supports moving documents and folders now, as well as moving with multiple document versions or disabled users on documents and folders. |
Service Desk | The Document History window now displays the Duration column as requested to give insight on the duration a document was worked on. |
Improvements | |
Module | Description |
Accessibility | Accessibility improvements continue to be made to CAM, including:
|
Data Uploader | The Move Workspaces Validation Report CSV export has been enhanced with more columns and information to make it more useful to those who want to export the validation. |
Dates | Created and Edited dates in CAM will now include the time within the column. |
Data Sync | If the lambda scan of an incremental sync times out, the sync gets stuck. We now automatically mark completed jobs to let the next incremental sync process them successfully. |
External Systems | After saving an External System Configuration, a message will appear to inform the user to wait for a few minutes before confirming the external system connection status. |
Source System Integration | Optimization on the Source System Daily Limits and job processing has been done to reduce bottlenecks, and removing unnecessary latency and potential race conditions. |
Fixed Issues | ||
Module | Issue Id | Description |
Approvals | Cloud-39860 | When approving a workflow in Approvals and updating a metadata field that is not a lookup, as soon as you start typing, the field immediately loses focus, requiring you to click back into the field after every character. |
Account Management | Cloud-31232 | Clicking on the user menu where the picture icon displays had blanked the icon completely. This is now resolved. |
Account Management/ Access | Cloud-37197 | If a user has permissions enabled to see the Overview dashboard, they will be presented with that page upon login. If they cannot access the Overview, the user will be brought to the Directory tab upon login. |
CAM Commands | Cloud-40092 | Deleting a folder using the Delete Folder command resulted in an error “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading database)” when multiple proxies were used. Multiple proxies are now supported for connection. |
Content Mover | Cloud-39740 | Some users reported that they couldn't reduce the sync time for a content mover job from iManage to Teams or vice versa. Now, customers can reduce their sync frequency. This requires a client stack update. |
Data Uploader | Cloud-30543 | Some users reported that Data Uploader reported errors pertaining to “Invalid Column Name: Office365GroupType, skipupdateifexists” after installing. A script initialization error was fixed: You can reinstall and hit edit and save on the Data Uploader connection string to initialize a database update on the schema side automatically. Update your Data Uploader version to: 25.08.8.0 |
Jobs Tab | Cloud-39391 | The Jobs tab’s Retry option disappeared after refreshing the filter on the page. Now, the retry option will stay visible even if a user clears their filter or does a refresh in the browser. |
Jobs Tab | Cloud-35868 | After creating a failed jobs report notification for every hour, CAM reports an error that there are “invalid characters”. This caused users to only select send on a minute interval. This is now resolved, so customers can send a notification each hour. |
Jobs Tab | Cloud-32686 | OneDrive jobs failed with “potentially dangerous request was received from the client", but the jobs were incorrectly shown as Completed successfully. |
Jobs Tab | Cloud-31017 | Queued jobs displayed an incorrect completion date when they were still queued. |
