October 2025 (25.10.200) Release Notes CAM
Released on 22-October-25
New Features | |
Module | Description |
More security controls in Service Desk | CAM now supports hiding the document name in Service Desk if the client/matter is under a restricted iManage Security Policy Manager (SPM) policy. This update protects sensitive client and matter information, reduces the risk of unauthorized data exposure, and aligns with best practices for legal and regulated environments. This behavior can be overridden with the user permission View Private Document Names. |
Flat space documents move support in Service Desk | CAM has been enhanced to support moving flat space documents that don't have folder IDs, such as those being migrated from a legacy cloud system. The solution ensures that CAM can identify, process, and move these documents from the source to the destination workspace, while preserving document integrity and metadata. |
Improvements | |
Module | Description |
Manage Folder | When using Manage Folder in the CAM Directory tab or through CAM Commands, template folders and sub-folders are now sorted alphabetically. In iManage and NetDocuments workspaces with many templates or sub-folders, this makes it much easier and faster to find the folder you need, providing a smoother and more productive experience. |
Merge Workspace | The Merge Workspace feature has been updated to support using Client ID and Matter ID to identify the source and target workspace. You can now use Client ID and Matter ID instead of Workspace ID, providing more flexibility and ease of use. |
Fixed Issues | ||
Module | Issue Id | Description |
Data Sync | Implemented improvements so that a NetDocuments incremental sync does not get stuck when a cabinet group is deleted after the group list is saved to S3, but before individual group sync occurs.
Template Editor | Resolved an issue where the "matter (custom2)" dropdown in the Template Availability settings in the Template Editor was not displaying any options.
Content Mover | Fixed an invalid token error in the CSV uploader that caused an error during Content Mover jobs.
Service Desk | Resolved an issue that prevented removing users from documents when those users were removed from Workspace access lists.
