Archive Workspace command in Service Desk | CAM Admins can now archive Workspaces and view archived Workspaces from within Service Desk’s Workspace tab, ensuring efficient workspace management and organization. The app will give a warning when a user attempts to archive a Workspace when archiving is disabled in Admin settings. |
Active Directory mapping rule ordering | You can now set an order to Active Directory mapping rules in Data Uploader, giving you more control over the sequence in which rules are applied. This makes it easier to manage complex mappings and ensures that rules are processed in the desired order, leading to more accurate and predictable data uploads. |
