Template Editor

A message is now added in the “Apply to Workspaces”/” Update Existing Workspace” dialog to clearly states that users should not tick any option checkbox if they are only changing the folder, channel, or tab name for a template.

Request Workflow

CAM now provides an additional toggle option “Required Security Members” on the request workflow configuration. If the toggle is checked, it makes it mandatory to add at least one user or group in the “Security Member List” section.

Copy to Teams

To simplify the options available for the question “What do you want to do with the document in iManage?” in iManage “Copy to Teams” when performing one-way sync, the following changes were applied:

·        “Check Out the Document “and "Declare as Record" options have been replaced with “Locked in Teams Editing”

·        "Do nothing" option has been replaced with the "Do not lock".

Control Center

While editing any active control, now a warning message is displayed on the Controls Center.

User and Groups are now editable for Active Security controls and other fields are noneditable.

Security Controls - This control is active; only Users and Groups can now be updated on active security controls.

Other Controls - This control is active; Control Edit functionality is not supported on active controls.

On selecting 'Yes' for the 'High Priority' option, this control is now marked as strict enforcement for inclusion controls.

If multiple controls exist on same criteria or entity, then only high priority controls are enforced on that document. If all controls are low priority, then all of them are enforced.

If a user is added or removed from any control created group; then a new action of Update Group is created to sync users in this group as specified in the control.

The timestamp is now in sync in the job detail summary and the actual document summary when documents are copied from iManage to Teams.

The “Copy to Teams” dialog now validates folder name to prevent using some special characters such the backslash character \.  If the folder name contains a special character, then the Submit button will be disabled. The error message displayed on this field clearly shows now the unsupported special characters in folders' name including the backslash character \.

On the Controls Center tab, errors for all the documents are now explained in a user-friendly way for matters which have a legal hold.

These enhancements help you to understand the errors easily and quickly:

Status column now indicates whether there is any error in a control's actions.

Filters errors for Attached Entities based on Entity Id, Entity Name, and Entity Status. For example, you can filter and view only those entities that have an error.

Ignore Error button helps you to clear all errors from the Controls Center and ignore the errors based on action and entity.

View Actions button helps you to view all the actions performed on an entity.

Ignore Error button helps you to ignore the errors based on action and entity.

CAM now classifies the client and matter correctly as client-matter on both sides on the Controls Center and on the Directory tab to prevent confusion.

Data Sync

Audit sync for NetDocuments now works perfectly in full sync and incremental sync. It retrieves Document Audit even if audit in configuration is set to Yes.

Data Uploader

In the Data Uploader, the Start button on the SQL Files tab now remains disabled after it is clicked once unless further changes are made in the SQL file.

Metadata

MS Team App

In the Teams App, the user tab displays only those users who currently have access to CAM.

When you add external/guest in default security while creating Teams, you cannot find the guest user in CAM’s user & groups tab.

Imported users' system icon is persistent now in CAM after import. Once users are imported to CAM, you can see users' details under the “User & Groups” tab with their respective system icon.
