How to get a server error during folder creation

We can get a log for this error by deleting folders created by the job while the job is running.

  1. Pause the job queue.

  2. Create a CSV for a folder with a lot of deep folders. and assign all documents to the same workspace client/matter.

  3. Open the CSV in the CSV Import Wizard and configure the job to use the TargetFolderPath column.

  4. Finish the wizard.

  5. Unpause and pause the job queue.

  6. Delete whatever folders were created by the job.

  7. Unpause the job queue again
