Computers

The Computers page contains the list of every machine using Power Desktop once connected, it includes the following details on users and licenses. Note this is if you have CAM and PowerDesktop and use Import/Export on the Cloud.

Permissions

The following permissions should be enabled for full management of PD computers for an admin sort of role:

Unregister Machine	Can unregister a machine associated with the Power Desktop Licence. E.g. if a computer is not used anymore, or a license is needed to be transferred.
View Registered Machines	Can view registered machines associated with the Power Desktop Licence.

Mac Id	If the computer is a Mac, this column shows its ID.
Machine Name	Displays the computer’s ID
Email	Displays the email address of the user.
License	Displays the license(s) assigned to the computer: PowerDesktop Import PowerDesktop Export PowerDesktop PST Import
Register Date	Displays the date of registration.
Actions	Shows the menu and filter.

Delete User

Removes the user’s access to Power Desktop:

Selecting this option.
In the window, click Ok to proceed.
A notification message will confirm the user has been removed.

Manage Licenses

Allows assigning or removing Power Desktop licenses to the user’s account.

Click the x next to the license(s) that should be unassigned from the user in the Assign licenses popup.
