Viewing the Notification Center

  1. Open the Account Management portal of your CAM site: E.g. https://accounts.tenantname.io/

  2. Find the Bell icon on the top right called Notifications. Open it by clicking Open Notification Center.

  3. Click one of the filters to show results. By default, the page is blank til you click a filter.

  4. Click Dismiss when you are done reading the notification.

Information Displayed

The following information is displayed on the Notification Center:

Add a Notification

  1. Click the Add Notification button in the Notification Center.

  2. A window appears. Enter the following information:

Sets whether to send the notification to all tenants, or specific tenants.

Displays the notification in the center immediately or on a specific date.

Type of message sent by the notification. Types are: Info, Announcement, and Alert

Can this notification get closed (or completed)?

Note: There is no edit option for the Notifications in Notification Center. You can change the schedule, or disable it.

Changing the Schedule

There are two ways to change it:

  1. Go to Current Notifications in the Notification Center. Click Actions, then ReSchedule.

Set the new desired time.

  1. Background Jobs in the CAM Admin panel.

  2. Find the job for the notification, and click Actions, then Reschedule.

  3. Set the new desired time.

There are two ways to change it:
