Work with your Litera Professional Services team or partner integrator to assist with getting Data Sync configured and kicked off.

  1. Review the metadata configurations and ensure the database mappings of metadata are properly set.

  1. Ensure an available worker service is available for the sync, and have Professional Services kick off the sync. (Password is required to kick off it).

  1. Monitor the Data Sync. After this is completed, Professional Services or the partner integrator will monitor the incremental syncs.
