CAM Analytics brings to you a simple to use interface to perform queries from the application without SQL knowledge along with advanced analytics and reporting abilities that provides valuable insight into metrics and activities across your cloud applications. The aim is to provide a more intuitive, faster, and versatile tool that allows you to extract maximum value from your data and address the performance and usability problems of the prior version.

Workflow for the New Analytics

Implementing and using Analytics

Work with your Litera Professional Services team or partner integrator to assist with getting Data Sync configured and kicked off.

  1. Review the metadata configurations and ensure the database mappings of metadata are properly set.

  2. Ensure an available worker service is available for the sync, and have Professional Services kick off the sync. (Password is required to kick off it).

  3. Monitor the Data Sync. After this is completed, Professional Services or the partner integrator will monitor the incremental syncs.

  4. Assign the Permissions for Analytics.

Create 4 entities from the admin panel so the new Analytics interface can capture the fields and data from the system.

  2. Workspaces

  3. Folders

  4. History

Working with Analytics

  1. Create a report with filters, sorting and/or summaries.

  2. Run the report and either export results or perform an action against the results.
