The iManage application package for cloudiManage users was updated to resolve an iManage issue that displays the Manage Folder icon in the Work Panel. The icon is set to the default iManage icon to workaround the issue.

Data Sync

We have resolved an issue where receiving change events for multiple document versions caused some versions to be incorrectly removed from the sync database. This issue has been fixed, and all versions are now retained as expected.

An intermittent issue resulted in the Manage Folder command loading a blank screen and timeout. This will no longer happen.

Provisioning

In the scenario of a OneDrive template having more than 1 level of subfolders, provisioning would only create one subfolder and skip all other subfolder levels. This has been resolved, and all subfolders will be created.

Recycle Bin

We’ve fixed an issue where enabling a recycle bin background job from the front end did not always result in the job being created. With this update, the background job is now reliably created and will appear in the Background Jobs area of CAM whenever it is enabled.

Service Desk

Changing the default security on a document having multiple versions only applied the security to the latest version only. A new option to apply this change to all versions of the document is now available.

Service Desk

NetDocuments customers previously experienced an issue where the Service Desk Workspace tab did not display all folders if a Workspace contained more than 10 folders in NetDocuments. This issue has now been resolved, and all folders are consistently visible.

CAM Commands

When it takes an extended time to process data and get a success response from iManage, potentially leading to a timeout from the Manage Folder command, CAM will now display a success dialog instead of incorrectly indicating a failure. Any timeouts will still be logged.

This is more likely to be the case when a proxy connection is used.

Template Editor

There was an issue with CAM Template folders where edits made to copied folders would also affect the original folders. This has now been resolved, ensuring that changes are applied only to the specific instance of the copied folder.
