You can get acquainted with how to navigate on the CAM user interface to quickly get your intended work done such as creating workspaces, teams, channels, OneDrive folders, and also to request and grant access to these entities.

Types of Menus

Description

Top-Right Menu Pane:
Allows you to access the main functions of the CAM UI related to provisioning, switching between account management and workspace management, viewing the notifications, and accessing the Gravatar Profile menu.

Plus-Sign Menu:
Allows you to create entities related to provisioning or creating workspaces, teams, channels, OneDrive folders, and also to request and grant access to these entities.

Candy Box Menu:
Allows you to switch between Account Management, Workspace Management, and Portal.

Notification Center:
Allows you to view important notifications related to the status of different CAM jobs.

Gravatar Profile Menu:
Allows you to view your profile, CAM license and Add-ons, number of users licensed to use CAM, link to CAM documentation, link to open a ticket with the CAM support team, email ID of Prosperoware’s support team, link to the permitted open source licenses.

Gravatar Profile Menu/About:

The About CAM menu is available underneath the User dropdown.

This page will give details of the CAM version you are on, your licensing plan, and information for reaching Prosperoware.

The menu shows:

  • License Plan: The License tier the system is on. This ranges from C1-C5.

  • Documentation: Links to the online documentation for CAM on the What's New page to showcase the new CAM features.

  • Current Release Number: Shows the release version number of the current CAM version.

  • Current Release Date: Shows the date of release of the current CAM version.

  • Found an issue?: This links to the Support system of Prosperoware to open up an issue ticket.

  • Contact: This allows emails directly to be sent to the CAM support team. It is preferred that you click the Open a Ticket link instead.
