Action Menu
Details
Allows you to display the control details
Click Details, open the following screen-
Fields | Description |

Control Details | Displays the selected control details like Name, System, Label, Association, Type. |
Entity Matching Criteria | Displays the entity matching Criteria. |
Triggers & Action | Display the Trigger and Actions for control. |
Activation & Approval | Displays the activation and approval status. |
Edit Control
Allows you to edit or update the existing control
Click Edit Control, opens the following screen
Fields | Description |

Control Details | Update the selected control details like Name, System, Label, Association, Type. |
Entity Matching Criteria | Update the entity matching Criteria. |
Triggers & Action | Update the Trigger and Actions for control. |
Activation & Approval | Update the activation and approval status. |
Click Save to update the control details and click Cancel to close the dialog
Manual Attach
Allows users to attach matching entities manually.
Click on the Hamburger menu
Click on Manual Attach
Navigates to the following screen-
Fields | Description |

Criteria | Displays control criteria |
Active | Displays control state |
Auto Attach | Displays auto attach status |
System | Displays selected system |
View Matching Entities | Selects system from the value |
After selecting a system, it displays the Matching Entities list with the count.

Type | Display entities type |
System | Display system |
System Instance | Display entity instance |
System Database | Display entity database |
Click Attach Control to attach control manually or click View All Controls to go back to control list.
Audit Log
Allows to view the list of an activities performed against the specific control
Click on the Hamburger menu
Click on Audit Log
Navigates to the following screen-
Fields | Description |

Action Performed | Display the action performed on control |
Action Date | Display the action performed date |
Performed By | Display the name who modified the control recent |
Click View All Controls to go back to control list
Activation Statuses
User can view the specific control activation status details.
Following are the steps to view Activation Status -
Click on Hamburger menu under Action
Click on Activation Status and following screen displays:
Fields | Description |
|---|---|
View all Controls | Navigates to the Control list. |
Request Type | Display request type. |
Request Status | Display request status. |
Requested By | Display name of the requestor. |
Requested On | Display requested date. |
Modified On | Display modified date |
Error | Display error if any. |
Action | Display action button. Note: If request status is in Completed status, the action button display grayed out. |
Attached Entities
Allows you to view the attached the list of the entities to the selected control
Display the entity details like Entity Id, Entity Name, Entity Type, Last Modified On, Action
Click View Actions, opens the following screen -
Displays control action details like Action key, process Status, Action data, Modified on, Action
Click Close to close the screen
Delete Control
Allows you to delete the specific control
Click Delete Control, opens the following dialog -
Fields | Description |
|---|---|
Confirm Control Name | Enter the displayed control name |
Delete reason | Enter the delete description |
Tip: Delete button enables when user specifies the details in mentioned fields.
Click Delete to delete the control and click Cancel to close the dialog
