The Upload Users option allows adding new users and groups to the workspaces using a simple CSV file. This is for those admins or testing users that will not be imported via a source system or external system.
To add Users Manually
In the Administration tab, select Upload Users.
Browse and select the CSV file to be uploaded. Once uploaded, you can view the status of the task in the Jobs tab. Once the job is completed, the users/groups will be added to the workspaces.
