User Details

Displays the user name, email address, UserId, External systems the user has access to, and the Delete icon.

The user will have an External next to their details if they are external to the firm.

• Click the Delete icon to remove the user from CAM (soft delete) or both CAM and an External System (hard delete). All external systems are supported.

• Click Filter to display the filter options. Show Dynamic Users will appear if dynamic users like z group users are hidden. Hide Dynamic users appear if the users are currently displayed.

Systems and Databases Connected

Displays the External Systems the user has access to.

Groups

Displays the list of Groups the user is added to.

• Click Add to Group to add this users to the groups.

• Click x in the Remove column to remove the user from the group.

A job is triggered and the status is updated on completion of the job. The job status can be tracked in the Jobs tab.

Matters

Displays the list of matters and the associated clients the user is granted access to.

• Click on the matter link to view the matter details.

• Click x in the Remove column to remove a user from the matter.

A job is triggered to remove the user and the status is updated on completion of the job. The job status can be tracked in the Jobs tab.
