Business Continuity allows you to maintain a live, mirrored cloud copy of document metadata and content without the need for on-site servers or storage. Metadata can be leveraged for reporting and analytics. Content remains accessible in the event of content-provider outages. The content is fully secured with its crucial metadata and is end-user accessible via a powerful, intuitive search.
Setting up Bussiness Continuity Tasks
Select Workspace Management>Administration tab>Data Sync
Click the Add New button, to add a new task to mirror or copy the data from the source system to the back-up profile created. The source system and the back-up profile configurations must be pre-configured in the External System Configuration prior to adding the mirror task. See the Data Sync section to read detailed instructions to add a task.
To manually execute an added task in the Actions column, click the icon and select Run>Trigger. This will trigger the job to copy the data as per the set configuration. The job status is updated in the Status column.
