The Partner Program was created for VARs, Cloud Consultants, SI’s & MSPs to support their client’s business while producing value, additional revenue opportunities, and increasing adoption of data governance. Our program offers our partners flexibility in driving solutions to meet today’s ever-changing business needs. We are committed to providing our partners with a framework that allows them to successfully expand their business with new solutions to tap into new market opportunities. Litera understands that successful partnerships require a significant investment from both parties, and we will work with you and your team every step of the way to ensure our mutual success.

Implementation Steps
When discussing the scope of a CAM implementation with a client, there are several key considerations, including database connections, template requirements, metadata requirements, provisioning scope, workspace linking, data migration, and project timeline.
Begin with the Partner Onboarding document in the Partner Portal. This will give you the steps necessary to begin as a Partner and what to ask for as far as your clients.
Utilize the Implementation Checklists: These checklists describe the steps needed to implement each License tier of CAM, and the effort to accomplish those steps. Each step is hyperlinked to the appropriate documentation content.
Ensure the system to be implemented is supported: Supported Systems and Source Systems
Ensure the client's tenant has been set up by Litera DevOps BEFORE beginning and the admin user is set up. If using Data Uploader or Data Sync, Litera highly recommends setting up a service account to run the agent service, instead of using the admin user account.
Review the Known Issues and Limitations pages to know what we currently do not support.
