Content Mover | CAM now supports an additional field “TeamNameInImanage” in the content mover CSV. Earlier during content sync, the synced folder was created with the same team’s name where all documents and nested folder were copied. Now, you can customize the folder name by providing the value in the field. It creates folder with the new name in the iManage workspace where all documents and nested folders are copied using the CSV job upload. |
CAM Team App | CAM Teams app now allow to connect to multiple CAM Tenants. A customer can have multiple CAM tenants for data residency related restrictions (US, EU, Asia) or as sandbox. The app now provides a drop-down list of all customer tenants to choose from. |
Job | Failed jobs are programmatically retried up to three times. Jobs may fail due to temporary connectivity errors, network errors, or temporary load on the target application; in such cases, retrying will resolve the issue. We are introducing programmatically retrying of failed jobs up to three times. This ensures that the great majority of failed jobs are automatically retried. |
Data Uploader | The organization units in Active Directory contain multiple groups with multiple users. Now you can filter the user from a specific group in a single organization unit. The supported property is the "memberof." You can find this property in the AD Mapping config file. |
It is now possible to customize the number of rows that you want to generate in the CSV files. You can specify the number of rows in the RecordCountLimit property. This property is available in the AWS integration.exe config file. | |

Adding a user to the custodian is now easier and quicker. You just need to click and choose the user from the suggestion list and the user gets added to the custodian in legal hold control. Previously, you had to search and click the Add button to add that user to the custodian. | |

Source System Configuration | CAM now supports scheduling jobs on a minute-by-minute basis when using source system configuration. Previously CAM supported scheduling jobs on an hour, day, and yearly basis made content sync time-consuming. CAM now supports scheduling jobs on a minute-by-minute basis allow job synchronization to occur more frequently when using source system configuration. |
Using the eval expression, you can now skip records in the sync. In the eval expression, you must provide JavaScript code in the form of conditional statements with supported value is True or False. | |
Workspace & Document | To clear the searched field data, CAM provides the option Clear Field on the workspace and Document tabs. Previously, after searching for specific parameters, the data remained until you manually deleted it from each search field. We have now added the Clear fields option, which clears the searched data from all provided fields at once. |
CAM Team App | CAM now supports the channel permissions while creating or modifying the channel using CSV job upload. Previously, the unauthorized user also posts or start conversations in the created channel. Now CAM has been added the column "Channel Setting" in CSV, where you can specify the value. Using this field now you can provide the access to the specific user. |
CAM Commands | CAM has improvised UI options and labels for clear understanding when performing copy from iManage to Team. |
Account Management | With this release we have API changes for users, groups, and roles to improve performance and support storing the related data to Aurora database
