Provisioning involves creating workspaces, folders, documents, files, and a user/group who is required to create them. To provision anything on the cloud infrastructure, first, you need to configure a user with the rights for provisioning. Approved users can provision workspaces both automatically and manually. The Provision tier allows for:

  • Provisioning for any collaboration system.

  • Provisioning and management of templates across multiple collaboration systems.

  • User & group provisioning across multiple collaboration systems.

  • Basic metadata and security management for provisioning.

  • Folder management.

  • Sourcing the data for provisioning from any source without paying extra for each system.

  • Enabling ethical walls (SPM, Intapp) for basic workflows.

  • Includes Link Handler which allows firms that migrate their DMS either from iManage on-premises to cloud, or from iManage to NetDocuments, to redirect old document links to the documents' new locations.
