Allows users to replace or append templates through a CSV file.

Important:
The Append Template process will delete all the nonrequired and empty folders from the old template, and it will create the folders of the new template.
The Replace Template process will replace the template and folder structure of the workspace. This process will delete all the empty folders created from CAM and it will create all the folders from the new template. All folder which includes documents will remain same.
