Data Uploader

• For the task scheduler:

  • Check the Run only when user is logged on. The task will not run in the other option.

  • Check the Run with highest privileges box.

  • Use the service account user for the user account. Service accounts are generally used to run services like for example the Fileshare app service or Data Uploader. We strongly suggest using this instead of an admin user account to run services.

Provisioning

• Do not use non-alphanumeric characters in metadata key names or ID’s. The only supported non-alphanumeric character is an underscore.

• If there is an extra slash in the worksite url, the templates in Template Editor might not function.

• Use Dynamic groups at the start of implementation. You can avoid any refiling issues, and it is a key piece for enforcing confidentiality and need-to-know security and temporary or permanent access to a matter by the intake process or services desk or matter team owners/operators.
