What is Service provisioning (Service desk)?

Service provisioning includes setting up services and managing the data related to them. CAM’s service provisioning is used in different industries, such as legal and finance. It is used for setting up services for customers or cloud computing.

As an example, CAM’s service provisioning is the self-service component of cloud computing. Users access cloud services through a self-service portal without the assistance of IT.
