Overview

Service Desk allows the firm to designate certain users to be able to provide administrative actions on content without having direct administrative access to the underlying document management system: bulk updates, remotely checking in/out documents, adding/removing/restoring items from the recycle bin, among others.

 

Minimum Metadata Needed for Service Desk/Tabs

  • Create_Date

  • Document_Number

  • Email_Only

  • Checked_Out

  • Server

  • Repository
