Cloud-11883	Fixed: If an operation like a Document Delete was performed without the document being selected, all documents were being deleted. Now, only the documents in the search results will be selected and the operation performed. Warning: All documents / workspace bulk operations were disabled during the issue resolution process to prevent any undesired operation. Affected customers were contacted directly to mitigate any possible side-effect.
