Disclaimer: While Source System Integration (SSI) is very flexible and constructed to work with most cloud-based systems, we do need to evaluate any system without a successful integration test or not on this list as there might be requirements that CAM does not support or where the source system does not have APIs that allow CAM to get the required metadata to provision content. Get in touch with your representative or Professional services consultant.
Supported Browsers
CAM is accessed over HTTPS from any modern browser, including:
Microsoft Edge (Chromium Edge is also supported)
Internet Explorer is not supported (before Edge replaced it).

CAM Account Requirements
A CAM Account requires an email address. We advise for service accounts or other accounts that usually don’t have one, to create an alias to an existing user's email so they may receive reset notifications.

Sandbox Guidelines and Limits
A sandbox is intended for testing, not performance testing or a 1 to 1 copy of production.
Each environment is licensed for 100 API calls/updates per month
Additionally, a small sandbox contains the following (if you need additional limits above this, please contact your account manager or customer success person to go over specs and pricing:
Total Lifetime storage: 5GB
Per month data transfer: 1GB
100 items per job max
Number of admin users: 1
