New Analytics Known Issues
This page provides a list of known issues with the new Analytics functionality along with the target date for a fix. If you do not see your issue here, please contact support@litera.com and provide details of the issue you are facing. Please be advised that all dates listed here are subject to change.

CLOUD-27106/ 28340 | When previewing a saved report that uses the summarize and group by, CAM shows the same data on all the pages when you click through each page of the results. | Rather than previewing a saved report, you can edit the saved report and then preview it from the screen. CLOUD-28309 | Database field on the Add Filter option does not display | You can use the ext_container_name field instead and type the name of the database. | June 2024 | released |
CLOUD-28381 | Filtering text fields is case-sensitive. We will remove any case sensitivity requirements | Type the values in the exact case of the text. For example, if you are filtering by doctype and the value is DOC, make sure you use all capital letters when applying your filter. | May 25 | released |

CLOUD-28929 | When using the “In” option for a filter, if you type a space after a comma, (e.g., red, blue, green), the filter does not apply. CAM will automatically remove spaces after commas when using the “In” option in a filter. | When adding multiple values using “In”, manually remove any spaces after the commas. | May 25 | released |
CLOUD-28930 | When using the Summarize and Group By options, the parent/child “group by” is not working if the child value is null | Filter out null child values in your query. For example, if you are looking for a count of documents for doc type/doc subtype and you have some doc subtypes where the child value is blank or null, add a filter to your query where the doc subtype is not null. | May 25 | released |
