SQL Analytics (Legacy 1.0)

Overview

CAM Analytics brings to you the familiarity of SQL to perform queries from the application along with advanced analytics and reporting abilities that provides valuable insight into metrics and activities across your cloud applications. Analytics helps you monitor users & group login history, the cabinets, and workspaces accessed and updated, and report on any unusual activity such as the mass download of content. The analytics reports help you evaluate the level of user adoption (who all are using the system and how frequently) and identify key usage trends.

The Analytics tab allows users to create SQL SELECT queries for documents, folders, and workspaces, and run those queries against the Litera CAM database. After creating a query, users can save it for later use. The Existing Queries tab has several out-of-the-box queries that you can select and execute to run reports.

In addition to creating SQL queries, the Analytics tab also helps you evaluate the level of user adoption, generate workspace health check reports, and identify key usage trends. The Documents tab, Workspace tab, and Analytics tab present a graphical view of the users & group login history, the cabinets, and workspaces accessed and updated, and highlight any unusual activity such as the mass download of content.
