Configuring a Specific iManage Timeout per Tenant

Tenants now can get specific iManage timeouts if they are syncing with iManage.

To configure these timeouts, do the following as an administrator who has access to the AWS tenant.

  1. Log into the following URL, and change for your region and tenant:

http://region.console.awsamazon.com/lambda/home?region=regionname#/functions/tenantname-cam-auth-reload-v1?tab=configure

So for eu-west-1 with a tenant named clientA-prod, the URL would be: http://eu-west-1.console.awsamazon.com/lambda/home?region=eu-west-1#/functions/clientA-prod-cam-auth-reload-v1?tab=configure

  1. Browse to Environment Variables.

The following page shows.

  1. Edit the imanage_session_timeout_sec and use_imanage_session_expiry_tenants options to configure.

  • imanage_session_timeout_sec= the timeout period in seconds.

    • use_imanage_session_expiry_tenants= the tenant id(s). If you have multiple, separate them with a comma.

Upon saving, the token will now be valid for 3 hrs and retry of authentication will happen only 10 minutes before it expires.
