iManage Activities and their Codes QRG

This guide walks users through the iManage activities and the codes given, for users to use them in commands, jobs or CSVs.

VIEW	View	1	The item was viewed.
CHECKOUT	Checkout	2	The item was checked out.
CHECKIN	Checkin	3	The item was checked in.
PROFEDIT	Changed Profile	4	The item had a change in its profile.
DOCCLOSE	Close	5	The document was closed.
NEWDOCUMENT	Create	6	The document was created.
NEWDOCVER	Create Version	7	The document's version was updated.
SECURITY_CHANGE	Change Security	8	The item's security was changed.
COPYDOC	Copy	9	The document was copied.
PRINT	Print	10	The item was printed.
MAIL	Mail	11	The item was mailed.
ECHO_SYNC	Synchronize	12	The item was a synchronize event with the item's echo directory.
DELETEDOC	Delete	13	The document was deleted.
PURGEDOC	Purge	14	The document was purged. This is for legacy systems only.
ARCHIVEDOC	Archive	15	The document was archived.
RESTOREDOC	Restore	16	The document was restored.
RELEASEDOC	Release	17	The document was released.
EXPORT	Export	18	The item was exported.
MODIFY	Modify	19	The item was modified.
EDITTIME	Edit Time	20	The time spent editing the item.
SHRED	Shred	21	The item was shredded.
DECLARE	Declared	22	The item was declared for archiving.
MIGRATED	Migrated	23	The item was migrated.
UNDECLARE	Undeclared	24	The item was undeclared as record.
RECONCILE	Reconciled	25	The item was reconciled.
REMOVEFROMFOLDER	Removed from folder	26	The item was removed from a folder.
WORKFLOWEVENT	Workflow Event	28	The item was included in a workflow event.
