Accessibility

Numerous accessibility UI changes have been made to CAM’s External Systems tab, Jobs tab, and Workspaces tab including:

• Changing text to higher contrast ratios that meet or exceed the required text contrast minimum of 4.5:1.

• Changing non-textual backgrounds to higher contrast ratios that meet or exceed the required image contrast minimum of 3:1.

• Changing the focus of controls or elements when selected to have a background or change in focus so users can use the tab key or other methods to focus on a control button.

CAM Commands

The Manage Folder command has been redesigned so users are able to specify certain pieces of metadata at the point of the Custom Folder creation. This feature benefits the users so they don't have to go in and retrospectively update these custom folders after the creation process.

CAM Commands

The Checkout to Teams command is reformatted so the display size fits the content in the window and text is formatted to match the application.

Template Editor

When a user deletes a template, a new warning will appear if a linked workspace (active or deleted) is linked to the template, and will display those workspaces to remove the linkage if desired or to export, or cancel the operation.

When attempting to delete a folder from a CSV file and add the 'foldercriteria' parameter in the job, the operation was unsuccessful, resulting in a job failure.

Provisioning

Provisioning a user into iManage with an iManage defined role had failed and set the role to Default.

Teams

Cloud-31069

Microsoft Teams that are provisioned with a planner granted no permissions to the users on the team. A workaround to this is to remove the users and add them back to the Teams channel, which grants the users access to the Planner.

Teams/ Request Workflow

Cloud-33747

Workflows for creating teams from Request Workflow displayed an incorrect error “There is a problem reaching this app” for those workflows that were successful.

The following error (Error 0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect) appears when extracting a folder of an active workspace or both active and deleted folders in workspaces with the winzip7 program. Clicking on Try Again will continue failing.

7zip is now no longer a supported zip extraction tool for exports from CAM. Official documentation for that is: CAM Limitations | Exports
