Analytics

Activity Action codes in the document history results now will display the friendly name of the action with the code returned in queries.

Analytics

iManage and NetDocuments users will not be forced to include empty columns in their analytics report if the columns are not necessary for the system. E.g. NetDocuments will not have Security_level filled.

Data Sync

Some tenants experienced a stuck Data Sync on the “Folders ES Indexed” step, and additional logic in the application was added to prevent this from occurring.

External System Configuration

After renewing a token on the External System Configuration page, the warning popup on the Token field now only will show the URL that the user will get redirected to, as additional unnecessary information was being displayed before.

Metadata

Entering new metadata will restrict users from inputting non-alpha-numeric characters except the underscore, that are unsupported to be used.

Move

Whenever a document is moved and the author or operator is not present in the target location, CAM now will allow a default global user to be set from the Admin settings, since both fields are required to not be empty.

Move

Documents that are checked out will not be displayed to end users from within the Move command window from Analytics or Service Desk, because users cannot move documents that are already checked out.

Service Desk

When exporting documents from Service Desk, information on any checked out metadata is now included with the export, such as “Checked Out Date” and “Checked Out By (User)”.

Request Workflow

Request Workflow is now sorted alphabetically instead of the creation date so it is easier for users to find their workflow.

The content mover functionality from iManage to Teams via CAM commands was failing with a cursor error when the workspace hasn’t been changed for an extended period of time.

If your user session times out, CAM will not load partially loaded CAM tabs and pages, and bring the user always to the login page.

Service Desk

After selecting to retain the source security and apply the metadata to the target, the move job did not correctly update the metadata to the target.

Template Editor

Assigning a template to a workspace with 10+ levels of subfolders and folders failed with the error “Update failedvalidationexception : ExpressionAttributeValues contain invalid value : Item size has exceeded the maximum allowed size for key folder structure”.
