Analytics/Service Desk	Cloud-28055	Business Continuity users will be able to download documents in the Documents tab and Analytics tab
Analytics	Cloud-28236	The ext_system_id column is now marked as required in analytics. This is because the Download Document action requires this field.
Analytics	Cloud-28132	Non-summary analytics queries will display the total count of records on the results window.
Analytics	Cloud-27982	Editing filters is now ad-hoc. This allows the user to modify it without needing to delete and recreate the filter.
Analytics	Cloud-27787	Metadata filters now support passing values as a lookup if they were defined as lookups (e.g. clientid). This is so the user doesn’t need to know the field value to input it directly.
Analytics	Cloud-27130	Analytics Reporting entities now include document_history, so users can query document history metadata.
Business Continuity	Cloud-25765	A new parameter isBCUser allows a user created to receive the OTP passwords for BC to work.
Data Sync	Cloud-28196	Data Sync throttling of the API is resolved for better performance.

Fixed Issues

Analytics	Cloud-27776	The user management screen will display if the firm user has PowerDesktop access only to CAM.
Analytics	Cloud-27968	Multiple usability issues like field type changes, window sizing, grouping and other items were fixed by this release in the Report builder.
Analytics	Cloud-28047	The entity selector for a query for business continuity will only display “Documents”.

Known Issues

Analytics	Cloud-28065	The Move All Documents action on Analytics is not functional.
Analytics	Cloud-28235	The last page of the resultset cannot be browsed to.
Analytics	Cloud-28355	Adding a limit on the number of results continues showing all results.
Analytics	Cloud-28372	Some queries using Summarize and group by show null values on the resultset in these scenarios: When selecting the same field in both the Summarize and Group By Grouping by multiple fields. Only one field currently works. Summarize and Group by is not working for the Distinct of and Number of options.
