If you are implementing CAM for multiple external DMS systems, we recommend starting with Workspace provisioning implementation before moving on with Teams or other Office365 implementations.

Best Practice: For iManage or NetDocuments-only implementations, Request Workflow training and setup are not needed typically. Usually Teams integrations will integrate with Request Workflow.
