Content Mover

Document-level jobs are now executed instantly without going through the job scheduler normal processing. By eliminating the job scheduler step, a document-level job execution time is cut from around 2 minutes earlier to only 500-700 milliseconds.

CAM now provides a simpler way to Copy to Teams by introducing the new check-in and check-out commands. Document check-in / check-out CAM commands provide a simple way to move documents from iManage Web to MS Teams to allow users to collaborate and make changes in an organized manner while preventing the loss of shared work.

Note: Check-in and check-out feature is applicable only for iManage web version.

Changing an MS Teams Team security (Private/Public) in CAM is now reflected in both MS Teams and CAM Team security details.

Note: By default, the Team security is public.

Team members of planners created in MS Teams Team through CAM now can access the planner tab.

Note: Group owners do not have access to Planners.

When a folder is created, all the metadata is getting retrieved as columns in the Files tab from Teams. To work around the issue and stop this behavior, you can set the value of the "SkipProvisioningMetadata" parameter to one of these values: "1” or “true” or “yes” or “y" in the CSV job upload.
