Cloud-13028	Fixed: A shortcut for a document that exists in the external system will not be re-versioned after a content mover delta sync. This prevents wrong versioning.
Cloud-15615/ DDP-369	Fixed: Moving bulk data from Teams to iManage (over 1000 folders/documents) will not fail and retry. An increased function run time helps accomplish larger jobs.
