Analytics | Out of the box dashboards can now be imported automatically when Devops creates a tenant for a customer. |
Business Continuity | Business Continuity users can now download the documents when the ConfigId and ExtId are passed to the client stack, and doesn’t require the S3 path. |
Template Editor | Availalbility settings for Template Editor were enhanced to allow additional metadata filters to be set. E.g. if the client wants to use the Database metadata to filter out templates, then those matching templates will show up in the dropdown list. |
Workspaces | A new icon will appear in the Workspaces results to show the default security for each folder. |

Analytics | Cloud-31180 | Document parent records were being stored as flatspace in the Analytics result tables. |
Analytics | Cloud-31024 | A CAM QL error was thrown in Analytics queries when utilizing the Having clause (e.g. a query to find empty workspaces). |
Analytics | Cloud-31012 | When exporting Analytics search results to csv, CAM makes calls to the external system to get the object profile. There should be no calls made to the external system and the data should simply be downloaded to a csv. |
Business Continuity | Cloud-31138 | Documents weren’t able to be downloaded and an Error displays saying error generating link. This was due to unneccesary scanning of the content sync table and is resolved. |
Jobs | Cloud-31075 | iManage virtual users were not getting passwords updated when running user sync jobs because they failed with Error Undefined. |
Jobs | Cloud-31067 | User sync jobs from Data Uploader or Data Sync were not being automatically retried. |
Security | Cloud-32104 | Additional checks were added to enhance the application security to prevent SQL injection. |
Service Desk | Cloud-30674 | Not all optional folders or subfolders had the checkboxes available to select to perform a CAM action from. |
Service Desk | Cloud-30269 | Selecting a subfolder in the Workspaces tab and clicking any folder level command, scrolled the user down to the bottom forcing them to scroll upwards on the first attempt. |
Request Workflow | Cloud-29470 | Random numbers were generated for a matter when using the Matter Generate Request Workflow option if it failed during creation. |
Request Workflow/ MS Teams | Cloud-28143 | If the user is not part of the Microsoft Teams team, then the Office365TeamIdCollection field in the Request Workflow will not populate with the team. |
Users and Groups | Cloud-15678 | If a custom folder, a prefix and suffix were added to the template using the Manage Folder action, the error saying Error in updating workspace will no longer appear. |
Users and Groups | Cloud-15027 | Modifying a group name will no longer create a new group. |
Users and Groups | Cloud-10785 | Data Uploader user jobs were erroring with 520 errors due to the new job statuses added to CAM. |
